Hero Destini 125 Overview

Hero launched his all-new first scooter in 125 cc segment named as Hero Destini 125. This is India’s first scooter with revolutionary i3S Technology. The engine is powered by 125 cc with bs 6 emission norms.

The Destini 125 showed as the Hero Duet 125 concept in the Auto expo 2018. The production model is the same as the Hero Duet but every panel is designed differently.

The Destini gets 125 cc single-cylinder air-cooled engine which produces the max power of 8.7 bhp at 6750 rpm and max torque of 10.2 Nm at 5000rpm. This is the first scooter in 125 cc in India which gets i3s technology.

This technology shuts off the engine when the engine is halted for 30 seconds and just by pressing the brakes the engine restarts. Due to this, it helps to conserve fuel in everyday traffic conditions.

Hero Destini VX

Both Variants come with the 10-inch alloy wheels provided with the tubeless tires. The VX variant has cast alloy wheels with drum brakes. The integrated braking system is standard means comes in both the variants.

The multifunctional ignition key is used for steering lock, remote boot release and also used for external fuel lid opening.

This variant also gets features like boot lighting, mobile charging socket, additional chrome garnishes, and dual-tone seat colours.

Why Integrated system is given?

The Integrated braking system (IBS) is a safety feature which helps the scooter to be in stable condition while braking and provide the proper braking to the scooter. In this, both the brakes integrated with each other when we apply the rear brake the front brake is automatically getting engaged with them and provides the proper braking to the vehicle.

Hero Destini LX 

In this variant same 10-inch wheels given with steel wheels, not alloys. The tires are tubeless with Drum brakes and an integrated braking system, it comes in both the variants. The multifunctional keys also come with this variant also to perform similar functions as in the VX variant.
