Much Awaited Off-Road Vehicle the All-new Mahindra Thar Launched in India
The New Mahindra Thar 2020 launched in India today 2, Oct 2020 (Gandhi Jayanti), and the Starting Price of the Thar is Rs 9.80 Lakhs. The New Thar is unveiled in the month of August 2020 in which the features and specifications were unveiled and finally, the price of the new Thar also revealed now.
So moving on the Prices of the New Mahindra Thar The prices Start from Rs 9.80 Lakhs and the top variant is of Rs 12.95 Lakhs.
The AX Petrol Variant with Standard 6-seater soft-top priced at Rs 9.80 lakhs and 6-seater soft-top priced at Rs 10.65 Lakhs. Whereas AX diesel Variant with 6-seater soft-top priced at Rs 10.85 Lakhs.
The AX Optional petrol with 4-seater convertible top-priced at Rs 11.90 Lakhs and the AX optional diesel with the 4-seater convertible top priced at 12.10 Lakhs whereas with 4-seater hardtop priced at Rs 12.20 Lakhs.
The LX Petrol with 4-seater Hard Top priced at Rs 12.49 lakhs whereas LX Diesel with 4-seater Convertible Top and 4-seater Hardtop priced at Rs 12.85 lakhs and Rs 12.95 Lakhs.
The New Thar comes with lots of features like automatic climate control, Power-adjustable outside rearview mirrors, The 7.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system, Android Auto, Apple CarPlay and navigation, Steering-mounted controls, Remote keyless entry.
Not only this off-road features embedded in this new Thar:-Brake lock differential, The break-over angle of 27-degrees, An approach angle of 41.8-degrees, 36.8-degree departure angle, Water wading capacity of 650mm, Rear suspension travel of 235mm, Ground clearance of 226mm.
As like to do off-roading such as Safety features provided in Thar:- ABS, EBD, Dual Airbags, ESP, Roll Over mitigation, Tire Pressure monitoring system which is the first in segment feature, Hill Hold, Hill-Descent control.
The 2020 Thar equipped with two Engines Options:- 2.0-litre Turbocharged Petrol engine which produces the maximum power of 150 PS and 320 Nm of peak torque. Second engine option is 2.2-litre mHawk Diesel engine which churns out the maximum power of 130 PS and 320 Nm of peak torque.
The 6-speed Manual as well as Automatic Transmission System options are given in 2020 Thar.
2020 Thar gets the 4X4 Transfer Case and Low-Range Gearbox in All Variants.
