As the Supercars were increases in India day by day and as per the preference of high octane petrol for Supercars increases the demand of high octane petrol in India and hence the Indian Oil Company Launches the 100 Octane Petrol in India. The Price of the XP100 is Almost Double the Standard 91 Octane.

This is because of the high octane fuel doesn’t Pre-ignite and the higher performance cars like Lamborghini, Ferrari, McLaren, Aston Martin, Audi RS needs high octane fuel for high performance due to which the engine gives high performance and emits less emissions as well.
The Octane 100 Petrol is not available on all the petrol Pumps only selected petrol pumps in the cities like Chandigarh, Jaipur, Noida, Delhi, Gurugram, Agra, Ludhiana, Mumbai, Pune and Ahmedabad and other Cities like Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Kolkata and Bhubaneswar also gets XP100 on the limited Petrol Pumps.
As this Premium Fuel is available only in limited area’s and the Price of the XP100 is also Premium. It is Priced at the Rs 160 per Litre.
