Back in 1994, Audi came up with Compact Executive Sedan named A4. Audi A4 received many updates from Audi since that time. Recently 2020 Audi A4 has been showcased. In terms of design, 2020 A4 is receiving numerous updates.

Body Design

In terms of Body Design, Audi A4 is all set to create a benchmark in the Compact Executive segment. It received updates not limited to the front and rear sections.

Front

Starting with the front, the front Singleframe grille is now wider as well as lower positioned, giving it a sporty and premium look. The design of headlamps are new with split segmented Eyebrows LED DRL’s. The bumper design is new giving a more aggressive look at the front. The hood curves now do not touch Singleframe Grille like that in 2019 Audi A4. The corner vents come in new design with a vertical theme. The pentagonal intakes are placed superbly. The sharp curves at the top of Pentagonal Intakes stretch into the fenders. The thin lip spoiler is placed under the Singleframe grille.

The Segmented DRL’s look like Eyebrows, giving a sporty and aggressive look.

Body Side

The bodyside designs of 2020 Audi A4 received many of updates. The Shoulder line is now lower as seen in Prologue Concept. The shoulder line no more connects the headlamp and taillamp. The Quattro Blisters from Prologue concept gives a fresh look to 2020 Audi A4, but they don’t meet with each other. The shoulder line is placed lower than “Quattro Blisters” along the length of doors. The side design looks more mature and intense which matches very well with new front design giving 2020 Audi A4 a new Style Statement.

Rear

This new Style Statement can easily be seen in the rear design of the 2020 Audi A4. Taillamps shape is identical to that of previous Audi A4 but the lightning structure is new. The black notches in taillamp give an aggressive look. The two taillamps are joined by a thin chrome bar giving Audi A4 more wider look at the rear. The rear bumper completely newly designed with added curves, which seems to divide bumper into two parts. The two quadrilateral exhaust pipes are joined using stretched housing in the lower bumper area.

Interior

The first change that attracts the most is the new MMI 10.1 Inch Digital Display Screen. 2019 Audi A4 featured 8.3 Inch display. The rotary knob from 2019 A4 is no more present because every infotainment function is now accessible from Touch Screen Display. The instrument cluster is offered in three variants. Two are partially analog information systems. The third one is the Audi Virtual Cockpit, which is completely digital and can be altered according to choice into Classic, Sport and Dynamic Mode using Infotainment screen. Other features like navigation, music and various other parameters can be accessed from the Audi Virtual Cockpit.

2020 Audi A4 comes with 3-Zone Climate Control Air conditioning. Unlike its elder sisters, A4 is not given with secondary display from which climate controls are optimized. A4 is fitted with Climate Control Buttons under the Infotainment Display.

The quality of the material is superb. The premium materials in the interior come standard. If talking about other changes, 2020 A4 is the same as 2019 A4. The 8-way power-adjustable front seats come standard. Front seats are heated as well. Whereas by paying more one can get front sports seats, ventilated front seats and heated rear seats. One can also go for a heated steering wheel.

At the rear leg room is ample. The center armrest is a foldable type giving seating capacity of 5.

The gear control is the iconic Audi style the same as that of 2019 A4.
