Kia Seltos, Sonet 3 trims discontinued From Mid April

Kia Seltos HTX Plus, Sonet HTK plus are already removed from bookings. Later this month it is expected both these SUVs will get updated features.

Kia Motors India is currently selling so many variants of Seltos and Sonet in the market. There are some variants that are not getting enough response from the market. Hence the company has decided to discontinue those trims from the lineup.

Kia Seltos HTX Plus, Sonet HTK plus are already removed from bookings. Later this month it is expected both these SUVs will get updated features.

Kia motors have sent a notice to their dealership to stop taking bookings for Sonet HTK diesel Auto and 1.0 turbo petrol DCT automatic. In the Seltos lineup, customers are not able to book HTX Plus 1.5 diesel. The bookings registered before 31 march for these variants will be delivered.

A few months back KIA has changes its logo and branding strategy in the Indian market. Additionally, there are talks in the market about Kia will introduce more updated features like a panoramic sunroof and heated seats

Kia Seltos Features the 3 Engine options 1.5-litre petrol, 1.5-litre VGTdiesel, 1.4 turbo GDI petrol. As the main highlight of the Seltos that the base variant starts at the price of 9.69 (EX-showroom price) lakhs and the top variant ends at the price of 15.99 lakhs (EX-showroom price) with lots of features included in it.

On the other hand, The Kia Sonet comes with four Engine options:- 1.2-litre Smartstream Gasoline Engine, 1.0-liter turbocharged Petrol Engine, 1.5-litre CRDI WGT Diesel Engine, and 1.5-litre CRDI Diesel VGT Engine.
