Land Rover Defender Plug-in hybrid can go 0-100 in just 5.6 sec
Jaguar and land Rover India has recently announced that the bookings for Land Rover Defender Plug-in hybrid have been started. Jaguar and land Rover both luxury car brands owned by Indian Automaker Tata motors.
The car features a 2.0 L four-cylinder petrol engine with 105 kW electric motor. Both combined delivers 400 horsepower output and peak torque of 640 Nm. The carmaker claims that the car can attain a speed of 0-100 in just 5.6 sec. It also features a 19.2 kWh battery in the electric motor power train. It is easy to charge at home with a 15A socket.

Company officials said that the car will be available in four trims SE, HSE, X-DYNAMIC HSE, and X on the defender 110. The deliveries will be expected in the next financial year. The carmaker is dreaming to deliver a range of zero-emission
Moving towards the engine, It is powered by a 2.0L four-cylinder turbocharged petrol engine. the engine delivers 269bhp and 400 Nm of peak torque. The powertrain is connected with an 8-speed automatic transmission with a twin transfer case assembly.
