Maruti Suzuki Swift is the top-selling car from Maruti Suzuki line-up in Aug 2020

Maruti Suzuki is India’s biggest carmaker, from a long time the company made its reputation and trust in the Indian consumers. As time goes the carmaker started enhancing its product with innovation, cost-cutting, new features, reliability, and the major thing is practicality. The main reason behind the success of Maruti Suzuki is the product is favorable according to consumer’s needs at reasonable prices.

In Aug 2020 sales Maruti Suzuki Swift is the top-selling car by carmaker with 14,869 unit sales across the country. The second most selling car is Alto with 14,397 unit sales in Aug. Alto is the entry-level product of Maruti Suzuki. This car is ruling in India for a very long time.

The third place is secured by Maruti Suzuki Wagon R with 13,770 unit sales in August 2020 sales. There are few cars who performed well on the other hand the few cars like XL6 AND ERTIGA got a slight fall down in the sales graph comparing to the previous year sales data of the same period.

Recently Maruti introduced its amazing product S cross petrol variant powered by 1.5 l Engine. The car was discontinued because of emission norms up-gradation. Now the car is relaunched with only a petrol engine that shown 279% sales growth in its first month sales.
