MG Gloster which is recently launched SUV of MG which did well from its starting. Recently they Informed that the Gloster has received 2,000 bookings and the vehicle is sold out for 2020 and it is also intimated that the Prices of Gloster may be increased and finally, it happens and MG has increased the price of Gloster by up to 1 Lakhs depending on the variants.

MG Gloster Variant Wise New Prices

You can clearly see in the table that the Gloster’s base super 7-seater variant gets the maximum increase of Rs 1 Lakhs. Whereas, the top-spec savvy 6-seater variant price gets the price hike of Rs 20,000 only.

Similarly, both the Sharp with 7-seater and 6-seater variants get the increment of Rs 30,000 whereas the Smart with 6-seater gets the Rs 50,000 Price hike.

Now the MG Gloster New Prices Starts From Rs 29.98 Lakhs to Rs 35.58 Lakhs.

After Increasing the price of Gloster it is still cheaper than its rivals Ford Endeavor and Volkswagen Tiguan Allspace.

Talk about the technical specs of the Gloster then it comes with two diesel engine options:- 2.0-litre turbo diesel engine and 2.0-litre Twin-turbo diesel engine. The 2.0-litre turbo diesel engine produces the maximum power of 163PS and 375Nm torque whereas 2.0-litre twin-turbo diesel engine produces 218PS and 470Nm torque. Both the engines were getting an 8-speed automatic transmission system in which the Turbo engine gets the Rear-wheel drive whereas the twin-turbo is 4WD SUV.
