MG did a very good job in India by launching its first car Hector and this car attracts the Indian market by its unique features. Now, this company is going to release another product which is a fully electric SUV named ZS EV. This SUV is the first electric vehicle of this company in India and going to launch in January 2020 and this is the first step taken by MG towards the electric vehicle.

Exterior

This car is longer than the Hyundai Creta but shorter than the MG Hector. It comes with the unique allow design which looks fabulous. The length of this is 4314mm and 1809 mm wide, 1620mm tall. The wheelbase of the car is 2579 mm.

At the front, you can see that the nice LED DRL’s, projector setups as well. The grill might remind you of Mercedes A-class. The charging port is given in the grill which is opened by pressing the MG sign in the front. There is a massive panoramic roof over the car which again gives you a great feeling.

On the rear side, there are LED taillamps below the raked windscreen. A decent boot storage capacity is given which is 400 liter. You also get the rear parking sensors, so we can say that in the term of the exterior the car is pretty well.

Interior

There is a good amount of space offered in this car seat is very low and the roof is decent on the height. No armrest in the car on the rear seats and the under-thigh support is decent because of low seat height.

The dashboard of the car looks pretty. The window power buttons, door lock and unlocks buttons and the space for placing the bottles on the door of the car.

Cruise control switch and steering adjustable switch is given on the steering but the steering can only adjustable only in up and down position. AC vents are beautiful which may remind you of Audi cars.

Powertrain

As we said that this is the electric SUV that comes in India manufactured by this company. So, in this SUV the 44.5 kWh battery is used which promises to give the range of 350 km on a single charge.

This battery takes 7-8 hours to get full charged (0-100) if we charge it with the fast AC charger but it takes 1 hour to charge 80% battery if we charge it with the DC fast charger. The motor used in this car produces 141 bhp power and 353 Nm of peak torque. The cartouches the 0-100 within just 8 seconds. The top speed of the car is 140 km.

The price range of SUV ranges from 23- 25 lakhs(Estimated price).
