Lift Control System (LCS)
The Lift Control System (LCS) is updated with more progressive mapping that improves forward drive. The compact chassis features a magnesium rear frame, long swingarm, and track developed racing ABS for great handling. Moving forward there is one more highlighted thing i.e; the suspension and magnesium wheels are designed to race and no doubt this bike will change the riding experience.

Cutting-Edge Crossplane Engine
The YZF-R1 is powered by a 998 cc, cross-plane, 4-cylinder, 4-valve engine that develops 200 hp – without ram air pressurization. The same technology Yamaha has used in its YZR-M1 MotoGP bike, the best thing about this technology is its cross-plane crankshaft, which gives an uneven 270° – 180° – 90° – 180° firing sequence for high levels of linear torque.
Lightweight titanium exhaust and midship muffler
The All-New Yamaha YZF R1 For peak power and strong linear torque, the cross-plane engine is equipped with a lightweight 4-2-1 exhaust system. The technology used in this exhaust system is A servomotor controlled exhaust valve that adjusts the gas flow for enhanced response and stronger engine output, while the compact midship muffler contributes towards mass centralization and emits a unique growl.

High Volume Air Intake of The All-New Yamaha YZF R1
In any automobile vehicle, for better performance, a good amount of air in the intake manifold is a very important factor. In The All-New Yamaha YZF R1 For optimal intake efficiency intake system used is a YZR-M1 type central air inlet feeds a large capacity 10.5-liter airbox. Fresh air is force-fed into the electronically activated Yamaha Chip Controlled Intake (YCC-I) funnels that adjust their length to match engine rpm for optimum power characteristics, to give high levels of useable performance.

Thin Film Transistor (TFT) LCD instrument panel
The YZF-R1’s instrument panel is one of the most sophisticated units fitted in this bike and features a Thin Film Transistor (TFT) LCD panel. The multi-function display shows a wide range of data is shown in full colour, making all the information easy to understand to the rider which enhances the ride quality.
Compact Deltabox Chassis of The All-New Yamaha YZF R1
The frame of The All-New Yamaha YZF R1 is also loaded by a lot of features like aluminium Deltabox with a long upward-truss type swingarm and magnesium rear frame, The short 1405 mm wheelbase chassis and the R1’s low wet weight of just 199 kg give the YZF-R1 a high level of agility and responsiveness for the outstanding race and track performance.
YZR-M1 inspired Cowling
As we know this version of R1 has come from the blood of legendry Moto GP winner YZR-M1. In the R1 cowl is the next thing which is inspired by M1, With its central forced air intake, high screen, and low headlight position, the YZF-R1’s aerodynamic front cowl has an unmistakable YZR-M1 race bike silhouette. Compact LED headlights on either side of the air intake makes it for the race-ready look, while twin LED running lights to give this superbike a truly unique face.
High-compression Cylinder Head and lightweight internals
The All-New Yamaha YZF R1 engine head and its internal parts are designed in a way To achieve optimal performance the engine uses a high compression 01:01 PM cylinder head featuring a pent roof combustion chamber with large diameter intake and exhaust valves. And for instant response with high power and strong linear torque, the YZF-R1 is equipped with titanium con rods and forged aluminum pistons.

ABS with Unified Brake System
The track developed racing ABS and Unified Braking System provide maximum braking performance. UBS inhibits unwanted rear-end motion during braking by activating the rear brake when the front brake is applied, with force distribution based on the bike’s attitude and lean angle. 4-piston radial mounted front calipers ride on big 320mm rotors for excellent stopping power. This setup enhance the breaking of this beast bike.
Track-developed suspension of The All-New Yamaha YZF R1
The suspension system of this bike is designed according to the track performance. The suspension used in R1 is 43mm fully adjustable KYB forks which use a large diameter 25mm front axle for a planted feel – while the carefully balanced relationship between the pivot axis, drives the sprocket axis and swingarm length give stable, precise and efficient handling performance during acceleration, braking, and cornering.
Improved quick shift system (QSS)
When you are riding a superbike you always assume to get full comfort high riding quality with all advance features, Yamaha is giving you A new higher specification Quickshift System (QSS) offers clutchless upshifting and downshifting. By giving seamless full-throttle upshifts and quicker downshifts, the QSS helps to maintain chassis stability for higher levels of controllability – and also reduces the physical and mental input required by the rider. this technology makes the ride very easy and simple
